With the MediaMarkt Club app, you have the power to choose how and when to pay for your purchases. Thanks to the latest updates in the app, you'll be able to manage payments made with your MediaMarkt Club Card and be the first to know about and enjoy all the perks and new additions to the Club.

What can you do with the app?

• Activate your MediaMarkt Club Card from the App quickly and easily, and start using it at millions of establishments.
• Do you have a mobile device with NFC? Start making payments with the app. And if you don't have your virtual card yet, request it directly from there. It's very easy!
• Enjoy all the Club benefits on your mobile device: get free purchases at MediaMarkt by playing Purchase & Win or win free purchases outside of MediaMarkt with the Crazy Wheel game. Also, activate your discounts and stay informed about all the surprises we have in store for you.
• My receipts: Now you can check your next bill, the monthly statement, and keep track of your household economy in this new section of the app.
• You can modify the payment method for your regular purchases by selecting fixed installment, monthly percentage, or full payment at the end of the month.
• You can view the PIN and CVV of your physical card whenever necessary.
• In case of theft or loss of your physical card, you can request to block it through the app.
• You can update your personal information with just one click.
• If you run out of cash, you can use the "CaixaBank" ATM locator to find the nearest ATM.

Compatibility verified with Android devices from version 5.0 onwards, compatibility tested up to Android 9 (may work on higher versions). For your security, some features like touch ID may be disabled if your mobile device is running an unofficial Android operating system.
